Salama has worked with Infocom – now Liquid Intelligent Technologies Uganda – since its inception and is now our Head of Human Resources and Administration.
With an extensive and proven track record of working closely with business leaders at all levels she has managed to come up with the HR systems and practices that drive performance and business results. Salama is highly proficient in developing and implementing employee policies and procedures, managing employee relations and performance management and measurement systems.
She is a Human Resource Management Professional of the Association of Business Managers and Administrators (ABAM) based in the UK.
