Patrick is a seasoned telecommunications executive with over 15 years of experience spanning both technical and commercial leadership roles.
He joined Liquid Inteligent Technologies RDC in April 2021 as a Solution Architect within the Commercial Business Unit. Demonstrating strong strategic and business acumen, he was promoted in April 2023 to Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, he led revenue generation, business growth, and profitability across the wholesale segment, public sector, and retail (Fiber to the Home).
Since December 9, 2025, Patrick has also been appointed Head of Technical ai, a role in which he oversees the company’s technical strategy, operational excellence, and delivery of fiber connectivity projects. His responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing technical strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Leading technical teams to ensure efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Managing service quality and SLAs, ensuring reliable network performance and maintenance.
- Driving project delivery for fiber infrastructure expansion and capacity upgrades.
- Fostering collaboration between commercial and technical units to accelerate digital transformation in the DRC.
Patrick’s career reflects a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial leadership. Prior to Liquid Telecom RDC, he spent seven years with Helios Towers, where he rose to the position of Interim Sales and Marketing Director, and four years with Huawei in Kenya and the DRC, contributing to major projects in network infrastructure and customer solutions.
He holds an Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
