Patricia Nyati is the Head of Legal and Regulatory at Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia, as well as and Company Secretary to the Board of Directors. She ensures that the highest standards of compliance and corporate governance are adhered to in accordance with the company policies and Zambian Statutory and Legal Provisions.
Patricia is a qualified Legal Practitioner with over 7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. She is also qualified in stock market and investment advisory as well as regulatory compliance management.
Patricia holds an LLB Degree, as well as Stockbroker and Investment Advisory, Compliance Management and Commercial Law qualifications. She is currently pursuing specialisation in ICT/telecoms through a master’s degree in Technology, Media and Communications Law.
