Mganga Juma is the Head of Network and Services Delivery at Zanlink Limited. He is responsible for coordinating and executing service delivery processes, monitoring and managing service delivery performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams to resolve service-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
With over 15 years of experience in Information and Technology, Juma has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and profitability. He holds an International Advanced Diploma in Information Technology and is a Certified Fiber Optics Network Design Specialist by the Fiber Optics Association Inc. (FOA).
Before assuming his current role in 2015, Juma was a Network Engineer at Cybernet, where he designed, implemented, maintained, and supported the organization’s network infrastructure. This included configuring, installing, and managing network hardware, software, and communication links. Juma was responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s networks, including LAN, WAN, intranet, and other data communication systems. He also troubleshot complex networking issues, monitored network performance, and recommended solutions to optimize the network. Juma is a family man and a cattle enthusiast.
