Leah is a seasoned business leader with over 24 years of experience managing various business portfolios with 10 of those years served at a leadership level. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Development Studies from the University of Zambia, as well as an MBA from the University of South Wales.
Leah’s career has covered multiple industries such as Broadcasting, Banking and Telecommunications under sales, marketing and customer service roles. She was instrumental in the setup of the Vodafone business as a mobile broadband service provider, which officially launched in June 2016 as the country’s first 4G LTE network. Leah’s hard work and leadership has delivered strong results during challenging years.
At the core of her leadership approach, she focuses on developing each and every team member so they may reach their full potential. Having been responsible for the development and implementation of multiple strategies across diversified functional areas, including customer value management, analytics and insight, vendor management, and the training of teams, she emphasizes that the most important part of managing her team will be to ensure that everyone in her team understands the DNA of what makes a business’s customers tick.
In her spare time, Leah loves gardening, interior designing and a lot of retail therapy.
