As Finance Executive, Joyce Monametsi has been with Liquid Intelligent Technologies since December 2020. Joyce is responsible for all of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Botswana’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, procurement services, and management of financial and capital resources. She also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. Joyce is highly collaborative across all functions to support the organisations’ vision of transformative impact in Africa through continual innovation, entrepreneurship spirit and honesty.
Joyce has over a decade of experience in financial management, project management, business leadership, and corporate strategy half of which is in the ICT sector.
Prior to joining Liquid Intelligent Technologies, she was Finance Controlling Manager for Orange in Botswana. She also served as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte in Botswana and completed her Articles with Grant Thorton in Botswana as an Executive with the Financial Advisory team.
Joyce is a charter holder with the Institute of Management Accountants and has completed a Financial Controlling School with the ESCP Business School in Madrid. She has also completed a Management Development Programme with the University of Stellenbosh where she graduated at the top of her class.
Joyce is passionate about education and volunteers with a local college to teach their business students life skills.
