Hope brings a wealth of experience to her role as Head of Human Capital. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of quality-based, integrated human resources programs for Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia.
Hope holds an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Zambia. With 11+ years experience in the Telecom and Financial services sector, she is highly experienced in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Recognition and Employee wellness.
