Dr van Rooyen joined in September 2019 as Chief Operations Officer. He is directly responsible for strategic and operational leadership across the business.
He is passionate about using Liquid Intelligent Technologies’s extensive network and products to provide education, improve access to health and create jobs.
Craig previously held senior management and executive positions in large companies, such as SABC, Telkom and Vodacom, across commercial and technology functional divisions. He has achieved success in developing and selling solutions that enable telecommunications and broadcasting service providers to efficiently deliver high quality services over broadband access networks while leveraging investment in their network infrastructure.
He holds a PhD in the Management of Technology, an MBA and National Technical Diploma in Telecommunications and is a member of the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers.
