Dorina is the Head of Human Resources for Liquid Intelligent Technologies Tanzania.
Dorina has Human Resources Management experience of over 17 years gained from telecommunications, manufacturing, and consulting sectors within East Africa region. She has been instrumental to organizations in the areas of talent development including succession planning, recruitment, change management, employee engagement, restructuring, policies and process design, management of mergers and acquisitions, compensation and benefits management and HR compliance. Prior to Joining LIT in 2020, she worked with Nokia Solutions and Networks as Country HR Manager. She has also worked with Diageo Serengeti Breweries, JTI Tanzania Cigarette and Deloitte in different capacities within HR.
She has an MBA from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute and BCom (Hons) from the University of Dar-es-salaam.
