Dorcas oversees the Legal and Regulatory function in our operations. She is an advocate and a member of the Uganda Law Society. Dorcas holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Law Development Center.
She has a wealth of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT) and Tax Advisory. She previously worked with Signum Advocates where she advised national and multinational entities about various legal issues in the different areas of practice offered by the Firrm.
She was awarded with the award of the Most Promising Newcomer at the Africa Legal Awards 2019.
