Bernard BEYA will serve as acting CEO beginning in November 2025. He joined Liquid Intelligent Technologies RDC in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and has accomplished several notable achievements during his tenure:
- Reduced operational costs by 40–60% without compromising business continuity
- Optimized working capital management, restoring positive cash flow generation
- Drove continuous improvements in billing systems, collections, and cross-functional internal controls
Bernard holds a master’s degree in business management and Corporate Law from Université de Liège (ULG) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial and Financial Management from Haute École de Commerce de Kinshasa. He is also a Certified Microfinance Expert from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, alongside several other specialized trainings.
With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in the Congolese market, Bernard has worked with leading international companies such as Tigo-RDC/Millicom and Orange, where he played a key role in the Tigo–Orange merger. Prior to joining Liquid Telecom RDC, he served as Director of Finance and Administration at Orange Money RDC.
