Ally has served as Head of Customer Support since September 2014. He has very good experience in managing technical operations, a track record of handling customer support issues, service delivery, managing and implementing technical solutions, and maintaining high level of communication with stakeholders. Ally has over 18 years experience in Information Technology Industry, Database Management, Data Analysis, Systems Management, Project Management and Customer experience.
Ally has an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, and other professional certifications. Prior to joining Zanlink Limited, Ally has worked with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency in Tanzania as a Database Administrator. He had also worked with Zee Communications Limited, Computronix Centre, and Muggy Business Solutions in different capacities within ICT roles.
Ally is a fan of cyber security activities; and in his free time enjoys reading cyber magazines and watching cyber movies.
