Hai Telecommunications becomes Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia

Hai customers to benefit with improved service delivery and greater network coverage.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia, part of the leading pan-African Telecom Group Liquid Intelligent Technologies, has announced that its retail arm, Hai Telecommunications Limited (Hai Zambia), is now part of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia. This follows the acquisition of CEC Liquid Intelligent Technologies in Zambia by Liquid Intelligent Technologies on 31 January 2019 to further strengthen its operations in Southern Africa. It also comes less than six months after Susan M’kandawire Mulikita was appointed CEO of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia.

“With Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia, Hai customers will have access to the Liquid Intelligent Technologies ecosystem bringing fibre to the home for new and existing customers with bigger and better home broadband services.” said Susan M’Kandawire Mulikita, Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia CEO. “The merger of Hai to Liquid Intelligent Technologies is the first step towards delivering the fastest home broadband speeds in Zambia.”

Existing Hai customers will continue to receive access to LiTESPEED (LTE), Fibroniks (Fibre to the Home) and Fibre to the Premises. To further improve service delivery, Hai’s operations have moved to Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia offices at Elunda 2, 3rd and 1st floor, Addis Ababa Roundabout, Rhodes Park, Lusaka. More information is available by calling 400 within Zambia.
