The company is pleased to share its 2025 Sustainability Report, which highlights its commitment to the One Cassava strategy and its ambitious sustainability objectives. Building on the foundation of the previous two reports, this year the company continues on its ongoing commitment to sustainable practices, initiatives and performance while maintaining strong governance standards.
Over the last year, the organisation has evolved its One Cassava strategy, which harnesses the full breadth of the company’s capabilities and expertise to deliver innovative digital solutions that empower businesses to thrive. This approach strengthens Cassava’s competitive advantage and ensures that it grows in a manner that is both profitable and sustainable, driving a culture of shared responsibility and accountability. It aligns its people and processes under one purpose, fostering long-term impact towards a more sustainable and inclusive future.
The 2025 report’s structure is broadly consistent with that of FY24. It includes the performance of Cassava’s subsidiaries, comprising Liquid Intelligent Technologies (Liquid), Africa Data Centres (ADC), and Sasai Fintech (including Vaya Technologies). The data points included in the report are meticulously aligned with Cassava’s four Sustainability Pillars, emphasising its adherence to international sustainability reporting standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative.
The 2025 Sustainability Report builds on the groundwork laid for sustainability reporting in 2024, delivering detailed, data-driven insights into the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices that are supported through the company’s four key sustainability pillars:
