Yves Nseka is Head of Legal & Regulatory at Liquid Intelligent Technologies DRC, also covering HSE. He is a seasoned jurist who earned his degree in Private and Judicial Law from Université Protestante du Congo in 2002 and began his career as a lawyer at the Kinshasa/Gombe Bar.
With over two decades of experience, Yves has held senior legal roles in the telecommunications sector, including SCPT, where he contributed to major projects such as WACS and Telkom South Africa, and Helios Towers, where he managed regulatory compliance and key infrastructure transactions. He also advised on the drafting of the 2020 Telecommunications Law and has supported companies in telecom and mining through due diligence and compliance frameworks.
