Yesterday at a ceremony in Berlin, Germany, Liquid Intelligent Technologies was named Best Connecting The Unconnected Operator at the Global Carrier Community Meeting (GCCM), an exclusive global telecoms club and industry-networking platform for wholesale telecoms service providers.
The GCCM awards recognise the innovative achievements of wholesale operators across the world and are judged by a panel of independent telecoms analysts and industry experts including David James, the practice leader of the wholesale telecoms group at Ovum.
The award was collected by Liquid Intelligent Technologies’s Global Head of Wholesale Sales, Glenn Maule, who said: “This award recognises Liquid Intelligent Technologies’s ongoing efforts to connect more of Africa, particularly underserved areas of the region. Everything we do is driven by a simple yet powerful belief that everyone in Africa has the right to be connected. Over the last decade, this vision has helped us change the face of communications in Africa.”
Liquid Intelligent Technologies has also been named Best African Wholesale Carrier for the last five years at the annual Global Carrier Awards.
