Salum is the Head of Retail at Liquid Intelligent Technologies Tanzania (LIT). He brings vast experience in Commercial management from his 17 years in Telecoms, Insurance and Pay TV industries in East and West Africa Regions.
He has been involved in successful business transformations in Sales, Marketing, Customer Value Management and Contact Centres Management in the areas of Change management, Restructuring, Sales Channels Management, Distribution, GTM executions, Products launches, Market Research, Customer Lifecycle management, Cross sell & Upsell and BTL activations.
Prior to joining Liquid Intelligent Technologies, he worked with Multichoice (DStv) as Head of Sales & Distribution, He also worked with Strategis Insurance as National Sales Manager and Airtel Tanzania Ltd as Customer Retention Manager.
Salum currently pursuing MBA at RKC Switzerland. He’s married and blessed with three kids. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, travelling, exercising, and watching football.
