Odette is a Dynamic HR leader with over 20 years of experience in various aspects of HR management in the banking, brewing, insurance, and telecommunications sectors, as well as in administration and project development. She got proven leadership skills, expertise, and best practices. Committed to fostering inclusive workplaces and developing the next generation of leaders. Prior to her current role, she spent 9 years in Banks, including Standard Bank as HR Director. A certified professional in strategic human resources, Odette holds a bachelor’s degree in Agri-Business from Laval University and a DESS in Community Economic Development from Concordia University, both in Canada.
In her free time, Odette teaches courses in Organizational Management and HR in a Business School (ESMK) at the Bachelor’s and Graduate Certificate levels.
