Bernard BEYA joined Liquid Telecom RDC in September 2022 as Chief Financial Officer/Financial Director. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s financial strategy. He is responsible for financial planning and management, ensuring the financial availability and stability of our operations, financial reporting to the group, the procurement process, etc.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Law from the University of Liège/Belgium with options: Finance, Banking and Marketing-Management. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial and Financial Management from the Higher Institute of Kinshasa-Gombe. He is also a Certified Expert in Microfinance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, in addition to several other expert trainings in Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Taxation, Internal Control, Billings Administration and Account Audit.
Bernard BEYA has more than 20 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance and proven knowledge of the telecommunications sector, having spent the last 15 years there, including 9 years with Tigo-Rdc/Millicom Company and 6 years with Orange after being a key participant in the Tigo-Orange merger exercise. Before joining Liquid Telecom RDC, Bernard held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at Orange Money RDC where he also served as interim CEO for a long time.
