Neeraj Pradhan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Kenya, overseeing leadership, strategy, and operations across wholesale, enterprise, and retail sectors in Kenya, highlighting his comprehensive management role.
A veteran of the East African telecommunications landscape with over 15 years of experience, Neeraj has built high-performing teams across the region. He joined Liquid Kenya in 2016 as General Manager of Sales and has since advanced through key leadership roles. Before his current appointment, he managed a dual portfolio as the Chief Commercial Officer for the East Africa Region and as the Acting CEO of Liquid Kenya. His tenure also includes leadership as the Regional Chief of Enterprise Business.
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from North Maharashtra University, Neeraj is recognised for his innovative change management programmes that significantly boost financial KPIs and strengthen brand value. His expertise spans operations, solution selling, cloud computing, and data centre management, reflecting his strong technical foundation.
He is passionate about leading multicultural teams to improve financial KPIs and brand equity through strategic initiatives, partnerships and rigorous financial management.
