She oversees the Legal, Governance, Regulatory and Compliance functions across our Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda and Uganda operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (2010) and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the University of East London, a MSc Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has extensive experience in Regional ICT, Media Law and Regulatory practice, Transactional Due Diligence, Transaction Structuring and Corporate Governance.
