El pr\u00e9stamo tiene periodos de gracia para la amortizaci\u00f3n del capital de 18 y 24 meses. Inicialmente, se retirar\u00e1n aproximadamente 150 millones de d\u00f3lares para refinanciar el pr\u00e9stamo a plazo existente en ZAR, y el resto se liberar\u00e1 al recibir una nueva inyecci\u00f3n de capital en el Grupo. Se espera que las l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito se cierren tras el cumplimiento de las condiciones precedentes habituales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lorraine Harper, directora financiera del grupo, dijo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNos complace anunciar hoy un fortalecimiento de nuestro balance con la refinanciaci\u00f3n de nuestro pr\u00e9stamo a plazo en rand sudafricano. Este es el primer hito importante de nuestro programa de refinanciaci\u00f3n de deuda que establecemos en junio. La naturaleza multitrancha de esta facilidad en ZAR cumple con nuestras prioridades clave al crear un perfil de vencimiento escalonado y proporcionar una mejor correlaci\u00f3n entre nuestros ingresos y pasivos.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hardy Pemhiwa, Director Ejecutivo del Grupo, dijo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAl mirar hacia la refinanciaci\u00f3n de nuestro bono en 2025, nos anima ver que estamos cumpliendo con el plan que establecimos a principios de a\u00f1o.
