Liquid se ha comprometido a brindar apoyo a largo plazo al Gobierno de Ruanda para garantizar que los monumentos conmemorativos nacionales tengan acceso a la tecnolog\u00eda necesaria para preservar pruebas y artefactos, as\u00ed como financiaci\u00f3n para la documentaci\u00f3n, la investigaci\u00f3n y las mejoras en la infraestructura f\u00edsica.
