Los accionistas de Neotel \u2014Tata Communications de la India y los accionistas minoritarios liderados por Nexus Connexion (Nexus)\u2014 han acordado que Liquid Intelligent Technologies adquiera Neotel por 6.55 mil millones de rands sudafricanos.
