Sentando las bases para un panorama m\u00e1s innovador y competitivo, las regulaciones pondr\u00e1n fin a la dispensa hist\u00f3rica que prohib\u00eda la portabilidad de n\u00fameros no geogr\u00e1ficos (087, 0800 y 086) entre operadores de red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La medida resuelve un problema importante que las empresas en Sud\u00e1frica han tenido durante alg\u00fan tiempo.
