Vimbayi joined Liquid Intelligent Technologies in 2017. She studied for a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Solusi University, a Management Development Programme with the University of Stellenbosch (RSA), and an MBA with the University of Gloustershire (UK). She is also a certified Customer Experience Professional from the CX University (USA).
Vimbayi has more than 15 years experience in business management and has served in the telecommunication, financial and ICT sector. While Vimbayi has oversight of the Contact Centre teams at LIT (EBU & CBU), her strategic thrust includes driving change in customer engagement, leading, coaching and mentoring service teams with a large focus on positively impacting customer experience through multiple initiatives. As the Regional Head of Customer Experience, she is additionally responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of customer experience strategies across different OPCOS in the Central Africa region.
