Sefalana Mophuting joined Liquid Intelligent Technologies in 2018. She is a Commercially astute Head of Sales with over eighteen years of experience in Sales, Strategy, Customer Experience, Business Analysis, Consulting, Marketing and a flair for industry expertise. She has a proven track record of increasing company revenues, customer aquisition and retention, marketing strategic planning, cost savings and corporate governance. Within one month of joining Liquid, she managed to clinch one of the company’s biggest Microsoft O365 deals over a three year contract period.

Sefalana is known for her passion, dedication and drive, and her strong leadership traits have contributed to the success of the company where revenues have more than doubled during her tenure. Her portfolio reflects expertise in successfully executing account retention strategies, high level negotiations and cutting-edge business development solutions into revenue drivers within a highly competitive industry.

In her current role at Liquid Intelligent Technologies, Sefalana is responsible for the development and growth of the company. As a key member of the Executive Management team, She has the primary day-to-day responsibility to identify and pursue new opportunities for business development focusing on Sales, Negotiations, Marketing and Customer Service management.

Sefalana holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Botswana. Additionally she holds a Diploma in Marketing from Damelin Botswana. She is actively involved in her church community and is personally committed to mentoring and developing girls and young women in society.

In her free time, Sefalana enjoys cooking, yoga, journaling and reading.
